The officials of CCB have arrested Ramesh Kitty in connection with threat letter case. Ramesh Kitty who is said be close to Kichcha Sudeep was also the chairman of Kichcha Sudeep Charitable Trust.
Ramesh who had directed few films had got associated with him for many years. It is reported that disagreement over monetary issues between Sudeep and Ramesh Kitty might have forced Ramesh Kitty to issue threat letters which claimed to leak Sudeep’s private video at a time when Sudeep said that he will campaign to a particular political party in the run up to assembly elections. Producer Jack Manju had registered a complaint on behalf of Sudeep. Police are further investigating the case as Ramesh is now in their custody.

Speaking to media, Kichcha Sudeep had said, “It is not way related to politics. It is the handiwork of the people who are working in the Sandalwood industry. I will reveal their name at an appropriate time.”
On career front, Sudeep’s new film will be announced in the next month. The actor on his social media pages posted, “ Happy to announce that the promo shoot of one of the three films I’m starting Wil go on floor on the 22nd of May. June 1st will be the launch. A script n a genre that excited me and a film I’m looking forward to.”
