Athiya Shetty showers love on husband KL Rahul as he hits the winning six against Australia: ‘Best guy ever’

India played against Australia on Sunday, October 8 and it was quite a thrilling match which ended on a good note for us. India won by six wickets as they chased a total of 200 runs. It was KL Rahul’s partnership with Virat Kohli which made India win. While Kohli scored 85 runs, KL Rahul was not out at 97 runs. He hit a winning six which left everyone cheering for him!
Rahul’s wife Athiya is all hearts and showered love on him.She first shared an image of Virat and Rahul together with the Indian flag. Later, she shared a video of Rahul’s winning six moment and said, “Best guy ever” with a heart. Clearly, she’s a proud wife as the whole India can’t stop gushing over Rahul.

Ayushmann Khurrana also shared a picture of KL Rahul appreciating him.

Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar also praised Rahul and Virat as he wrote, “I was surprised to see Australia bat first after winning the toss. Commendable performance by the Indian bowlers to restrict them to 199. Australia started well but I felt they missed a left-arm spinner on this surface. The partnership between Virat and Rahul sealed the game for us. They very smartly took their time and were able to execute some superb shots.
