As per Sacnilk.com the rough numbers of day 1 business of Gadar 2 is in the range of 40 crores and it emerges as the 2nd biggest non holiday opener of all time.The film has managed to beat the likes of Adipurush, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaretc when it comes to first day collection.Gadar 2 is only second toShah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and Joh Abraham starrer Pathaan.
Gadar 2 had managed to sell over 2.7 lakh tickets in advance booking just at the national multiplex chains.Before the screening for the film began on Friday, the film had managed to sell over 20 lakh tickets over all ( Single screens and Multiplexes ) for the first weekend.
