Bhushan Kumar, Head Honcho of T-series and musical legend Sonu Nigam go a long way back. Though Sonuwas part of the music label even during the time of Gulshan Kumar, after his passing away, he and Bhushan did a lot of work together from bringing out music albums to coming up with chartbusters for movies. But a few years ago the duo had a fallout when Sonu spoke about ‘ music mafia’ in bollywood without taking anyone’s name but everyone felt that he was talking about Bhushan.But it seems all this is talk of yesterday, Bhushan was spotted at singer Sonu’s 50th birthday on Saturday night.
Bhushan was spotted attending Sonu’s birthday bash at a 5 star hotel in the city, the duo greeted each other when they came face to face.Bhushan was standing right next to Sonu when he was cutting his birthday cake.
It is being said that professionally Bhushan and Sonu buried the hatchet at the behest of Aamir Khan. Aamir wanted only Sonu to sing a song for his film Laal Singh Chadha, music for which was with Bhushan and Bhushan extended the olive branch. Sonu then sang a few more songs for the label like Shehzada’s title track and Adipurush’s Jai Shree Ram. But attending Sonu’s birthday party was the first personal touch between the two doyens of the music industry.
