It seems all is not well with Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Katrina Kaif starrer Jee Le Zaraa. Reports suggest that the film has been put on the backburner as director Farhan Akhtar has decided to move on from the project for an acting assignment. Farhan was supposed to return to direction after a gap of 12 years, but it seems his direction will have to wait a little longer.
Reportedly, Farhan is currently in talks with Aamir Khanto act in the Hindi remake of Campeones, a Spanish sports comedy film that Aamir first offered to Salman Khan.And even after completing this film, there are more chances of him making Don 3 than Jee Le Zaraa, where Ranveer Singh is the front runner for the role.
But this doesn’t mean the end of the road for Jee Le Zaraa, a call on the film will take place when all the three lead actresses can find a common date on their calendars.
In the meantime, Alia is busy with Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahanii and Heart of Stone, while Katrina is tied up with Tiger 3 and Merry Christmas. Priyanka has her hands full with multiple Hollywood projects.
