A lot of celebrities love to share their personal life on social media, Malaika Arora is no different but the week hasn’t exactly begun on a good note for her and boyfriend Arjun Kapoor. The actress on Sunday shared a photo of Arjun who seemed to be wearing absolutely nothing but just holding a pillow to cover the bare essentials while lazing on a couch. Malaika captioned the Instagram story as Lazy and Arjun even shared the post on his social media accounts.
What two consenting adults do shouldn’t be of anyone’s concern but the picture shared by Malaika has kick-started several online discussions. There are people who support the couple and say, “How does it matter. They seem happier than most married couples.” But there also are others who are extremely offended with Malaika-Arjun’s display of affection and wrote, “Why is she showing this to us? We don’t want to see a naked Arjun. We can barely tolerate a clothed one.” While someone took inspiration from Phoebe’s character from Friends and wrote, “fr. my eyes are ruined forever now.”

There were also some who even questioned the need to share this post and wrote, “This is just so crass! Why would you post this!?!?!! SMH” and “Sab kuch internet pe dikhana zaroori hai kya (Is it necessary to show everything on the internet?)”. And some even invoked the fear of God and wrote “Aankh mein gangajal daalna padega (now will have to cleanse my eyes with Gangajal).”
Malaika and Arjun have been dating for many years, though they made their relationship public only in 2019. Some months ago Malaika even spoke about taking things with Arjun to the next level and said she’s not averse to the idea of marriage and would settle down with Arjun.
