Most B-town celebrities rang in the new year with their loved ones and Athiya Shetty is no different. The actress celebrated the New Year in Dubai with friends and boyfriend KL Rahul. The duo colour co-ordinated in black and looked too happy as they hugged each other and welcomed 2023.

Athiya reshared some pictures posted by her friend on her story, where she can be seen posing with the cricketer.

The party was filled with lots of balloons lit in red. Athiya also can be seen taking a mirror selfie with him and another friend.

Athiya and Rahul have been dating for a while and the actress had been accompanying the cricketer for several tours. Slowly then, they also opened up about their relationship on social media while dropping pictures together and sending adorable wishes to each other on their birthday.

Rumours have been rife that the couple is set to tie the knot in January 2023. While Suniel Shetty did confirm at the trailer launch event of ‘Dharavi Bank’, that the wedding will happen soon, he didn’t confirm any dates.

Meanwhile, he had exclusively spoken to Etimes and reacted to the rumours of a January wedding. “Let me know when you get the confirmed dates so I can attend (the wedding),” laughed Suniel.
