Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul’s wedding festivity will begin from the weekend with Mehendi, Haldi and Sangeet celebrations being planned ahead of the grand wedding on January 23. Suniel and Mana Shetty’s grand Khandala bungalow is the venue for the wedding and it is being decked up for the festivity. Take a look:

ETimes had exclusively revealed that since Athiya wanted a low key wedding and KL Rahul was besotted by the Khandala mansion, Suniel Shetty decided that it was apt to turn ‘Jahan’ into the wedding venue. The guests will be put up at the bear by Radisson Hotel.
Post the wedding, Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul will host a grand reception in Mumbai. A source had told BT, “The wedding will be an extremely private ceremony with just the couple’s close friends and family in attendance. There will be around 100 guests at the shaadi. Given the hectic cricket schedules, a wedding bash has been planned for the film industry and cricket bigwigs after the IPL wraps up in May.” The post IPL bash is expected to have more than 3000 guests. While the couple is keeping mum about the shaadi, KL Rahul had stated that he is unavailable for the ongoing New Zealand series due to family commitments, confirming that the cricketer has taken leave for his wedding.
