Janhvi Kapoor recently stated that the actors she wants to work with are not in her age bracket. The actress also recalled her late mother Sridevi being paired with older actors in films when she was a teenager.
In an interview with a news portal, Janhvi revealed that Sridevi was 13 when she was a heroine to the fathers, and she was 21 when she was a heroine to the sons. Although the actress feels it was a wrong practice, she also added that it’s how it was back then.

Talking about getting paired opposite an older male actor, Janhvi said that if it happens in life, and if it’s consensual, then art imitates life and life imitates art. There are so many talented actors that she would love to work with. However, they aren’t in her age bracket, Janhvi told Indian Express.

Janhvi made her big Bollywood debut with ‘Dhadak’ co-starring Ishaan Khatter and since then there has been no looking back for the young diva. She has been proving her mettle in acting with her choices of films and performances ever since.
