However, fans got the clarification they wanted when singer Kanika Kapoor congratulated the hunk at a recent event and wished him the best for fatherhood.

According to a report on IndiaToday, Kanika’s encounter with Daggubati turned awkward when she extended her congratulations for the happy news. However, Rana simply laughed it off and assured Kanika that his wife was not pregnant and there was no truth to the rumours.

“If I am having a baby, I will be sure,” he quipped.
