‘Tiger 3’ box office day 13: The Salman Khan, Emraan Hashmi and Katrina Kaif starrer earns close to Rs 260 crore in India

Salman Khan, Emraan Hashmi and Katrina Kaif are riding high on the super success of their latest release, ‘Tiger 3‘. The film has minted nearly rs 260 crore at the domestic box office.
According to a report in Sacnilk.com, the Maneesh Sharma directorial is likely to mint Rs 2.72 crore nett in India on day 13 for all languages. This will reportedly take the film’s total collection to Rs 257.59 crore at the domestic box office.

The box office journey of “Tiger 3” began with a thunderous opening, with fans flocking to theaters to witness the dynamic duo on the big screen.

The film opened during the Diwali festival on Laxmi Pooja day clocking in Rs 44.50 crore and jumped to Rs 59.25 crore on the next day , thus crossing Rs 100 crore in just 2 days.

Salman spoke about his career with PTI, “See, I don’t know what it is but we have been really fortunate that we have been here for over three decades. All of us actually came at that point of a time in the 90s. Ajay (Devgn), Akki (Akshay Kumar), Aamir, Shah Rukh, me and all of us have been there. Now Sunny’s film is a big hit, Sunny is back.” He referred to the box office run of Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2.

‘Tiger 3’, the third installment in the Tiger franchise, is a key component of the YRF Spy Universe, which also includes blockbuster films like ‘War’ and ‘Pathaan’. The movie boasts a cameo appearance by

Shah Rukh Khan and a post-credit scene featuring Hrithik Roshan. Following the successful formula of its predecessors, ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, the film centers around a new mission involving the characters of RA&W agent Tiger (Salman) and ISI agent Zoya (Katrina Kaif).
