Alia announced her arrival in NYC by posting a photo from her window overlooking Central park and captioned it with heart-eyes emotioncs saying, “This view!”
Soon after touching down, the couple seemed to have wasted no time in hitting some plush restaurants in the city.While out on a dinner date, the star couple seemed to have run into some adoring fans and were more than happy to oblige them with photos.
The fan shared the photo on her Twitter handle and wrote, “What wasn’t on my 2023 bingo card: Alia Bhatt & Ranbir Kapoor being seated next to us at dinner.”
The stars put on their best smiles for the cameras and posed with an arm around the ecstatic girls.
Fans showered them with love, with one writing, “Fabulous pic,” while another said, “Alia looking so cute”.
This was Alia’s second trip to New York this year. The actress was in the neighbourhood early this year when she made her debut at the
Met Gala. This year marked her first strut down the iconic stairs.
Alia was in the news after she scooped up a national award for her role in the Sanjay Leela Bhansali film ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’. The actress shares her best actress win with Kriti Sanon who picked up the Best Actress award for her role in Mimi.
Ranbir Kapoor, on the other hand, found himself on the receiving end of social media trolls after Alia revealed that he maker her ‘wipe off’ her lipstick. While some called him a ‘red flag’, others called the actress’ relationship toxic.
On the work front, Alia also recently made her Hollywood debut with the film Heart Of Stone that saw her share screen space with Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan.The actress and mommy of one, will soon get into super spy mode as she takes on the role of YRF’s leading lady in an upcoming spy film helmed by Vasanth Bala.
The actress also has the much-awaited film Jee Le Zaraa helmed by Farhan Akhtar in her kitty and Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Baiju Bawra.
