Sara Ali Khan is basking in the success of her latest release ‘Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’, which has struck a chord with the audience. Post the wrap of the film, Sara kept a few items belonging to her character of Somya from the movie.
The actress apparently follows a tradition of retaining memories of her characters and from ‘Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’, Sara Ali Khan has retained Somya’s mangalsutra and a blue saree. She is reportedly attached to these items, which are a fond memory of her roles. At the box office, ‘Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’ has reportedly earned around Rs 37.35 crore at the end of its first week.
During the promotions of ‘Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’, Sara had visited several temples with co-star Vicky Kaushal. The actress was also trolled for the same. Reacting to the controversy, Sara had said, “I take my work very seriously. I work for people, for you. I would feel bad if you don’t like my work but my personal beliefs are my own. I will go to Ajmer Sharif with the same devotion with which I will go to Bangla Sahib or Mahakal. I will continue visiting. People can say whatever they want, I have no problem. You should like the energy of a place…I believe in energy.” Sara’s next project is ‘Metro… In Dino’, co-starring Aditya Roy Kapur, Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, Pankaj Tripathi, Konkana Sen Sharma, Ali Fazal and Fatima Sana Shaikh.
