A few days ago we saw Richa Chadha weigh in on the current debate about whether fashion overshadowing films at the Cannes Film Festival. And now, Richa has shared her red-carpet look from this year’s Cannes days after the prestigious film event came to an end. She attended Cannes with actor-husband Ali Fazal, as producers. Richa gave a sneak peek into what she wore on the red carpet. She also revealed that it was an adorable gift from Ali Fazal.
In the pictures, the actor looks every bit gorgeous in an ankle-length pale pink dress with white embroidered details and a belt. She chose to pair the beautiful dress with white heels and matching earrings leaving her hair untied.
Sharing the pictures, Richa captioned the post, “I got DMs from some of you asking about my Cannes red carpet look, voila! Wore @zimmerman, @karishma.joolry for the premiere of Jessica Hausner’s Club Zero, refreshingly neurotic film! My director Shuchi Talati offered sartorial advice, helped me out, then we walked to the Palais together! A simple, different, creatively exciting Cannes experience for me! Earlier during her Cannes visit, she had dropped a video of her precious moments with Ali Fazal at the prestigious film event. Sharing her excitement, especially visiting Cannes with her husband, she wrote, “#Cannes done, first time with @alifazal9, switching gears again… hung with long lost friends who I don’t meet enough in Mumbai !
