Fans have all grown to love Ranbir Kapoor‘s rugged bearded look for his next film ‘Animal‘. However, a new clip doing the rounds online had made fans second guess their fondness for his fuzzy look.
A viral clip doing the rounds sees Ranbir rocking a ‘lean and clean’ look. Wearing his hair in a side parting the video sees the hunk in a crisp shirt and red tie taking some mental notes from his camera team. It is, however, unclear if the actor will play a student or a lecturer.

This didn’t seem to stop fans from guessing about the actor’s role in the upcoming film. One said, “My attendance is gonna be 100 %, agar teacher aisa hoga toh.”
Another added, “Can’t wait for him to get back to this look. Clean shaved and lean, hope he promotes this look. Will be a good contrast.”

According to social media posts, the clip was shot last year on the sets. The actor will be seen in two very different looks in the movie. While one sees him rocking a clean-shaven look, the other sees him with long hair and a beard. The official first-look poster of the star saw him rocking a bruised, bloody and rugged avatar. Ranbir was seen wearing a blood-soaked white shirt and smoking a cigarette with an axe in his arm.

Animal will be released in theatres on August 11, 2023. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the film also stars Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Rashmika Mandanna. The film is due to have a wide theatrical release in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada.
