Kriti Sanon along with Prabhas and director Om Raut were seen interacting with the audience at the final trailer launch of their upcoming film Adipurush. During the event, Kriti spoke highly of Prabhas and his real life personality.
Sharing her experience of working with Prabhas, Kriti debunked a popular misconception about the Telugu star that he does not talk. She said that it is not true and he actually talks a lot. She added that Prabhas is genuinely a darling who is very warm, sweet, hard-working, and a big foodie.
Kriti further expressed her thoughts about Prabhas and said that the calmness and purity in his eyes is the reflection of Lord Sriram’s qualities. “I don’t think anyone could play Sriram better than Prabhas,” she quipped.
She also got emotional talking about how she began her career in the Telugu film industry and after 9 years she returned to tell the story of Sita through her portrayal of Janaki in Adipurush. She said that the film holds immense significance to her and playing Janaki has been an incredibly blessed feeling for her.
The film will hit the screens in 3D on June 16, with its international premiere on June 13 at the 2023 edition of the Tribeca Film Festival in New York. It also stars Saif Ali Khan, Sunny Singh and Devdatta Nage.
