Hema Malini shares inside pictures of the new Parliament building | Hindi Movie News

Veteran actor and politician Hema Malini gave a glimpse inside the new Parliament building in Delhi after Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated it on Sunday.
She took to social media to share a series of candid pictures of herself and a glimpse of the interiors. She was seen wearing a floral pink saree for the special day. She also posed with her fellow members of the Lok Sabha in some of the pictures.

“Day 1 – at the inaugural of the beautiful new Parliament building which will showcase India’s strides into a brave new world and give us pride of place among all the advanced nations. Jai Hind,” Hema tweeted.

In another tweet, “More photos of the beautifully conceived building. All our itihasic glory reflected in the panels and murals on the walls. Congratulations to all the artists who have worked so hard to make this vision a reality🙏A sight worth seeing and certainly worth the wait!”

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar believe the new Parliament building will contribute towards a “new India” and become a symbol of the country’s growth story. PM Modi hailed Shah Rukh for beautifully expressing his thoughts about the new Parliament building. Music Composer Ilaiyaraaja, superstar Rajinikanth, Sonu Sood also shared congratulatory messages ahead of this momentous occasion.
