So no one wanted to take the risk of being associated with the banner.
Reports also suggest that Salman who had done a small role in Biwi Ho To Aisi had failed the screen test. But six months later, Sooraj went ahead with Salman and Bhagyashree and the film was a smash hit, the biggest hit of 1989, changing fortunes for everyone involved.
