Pathaan Box Office: The SRK magnum opus takes the overseas market by storm, all set to break many records | Hindi Movie News

Not only in the country, Pathaan mania has gripped the overseas market too and fans across the world are going gaga over the spy thriller. The Siddharth Anand directed spectacle has raked in almost $25 million. The all time record for a Hindi film in original format for the same stands at $30 million, held by the Aamir Khan starrer Dangal and Pathaan is all set to cross that in a few more days.

Not only that, it now only trails behind Dilwale as Khan’s highest grossing movie abroad, which is quite a feat considering that Dilwale was a Christmas release.

The stand out performance comes from the Gulf, where the biggest grosser happens to be Bajrangi Bhaijaan, which incidentally was an Eid release.

In the UK, the movie has crossed £2 million in five days. This apart, countries like New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Germany, Nepal and many others too have seen record breaking numbers for the visual spectacle, co-starring Deepika Padukone and John Abraham.
