‘Waltair Veerayya’ is expected to rake in between Rs 25-30 crore at the box office, as per many trade reports, on its opening day, which will be way more than what the advance bookings have suggested. The action comedy entertainer has impressed the audience worldwide and the holiday weekend is expected to add more to its moolah in India, especially in the Southern part of the country. It is expected to generate really good word-of-mouth for its collection to escalate during the opening weekend.
‘Waltair Veerayya’ also features Shruti Haasan, Catherine Tresa, Bobby Simha, Prakash Raj, Rajendra Prasad, Nassar and Vennela Kishore, among many others. Mass Maharaja plays a pivotal role in the movie, which has been produced by Mythri Movie Makers. The film is riding high on Chiru’s brand value and his pairing with Shruti Haasan. This is their first outing together. It will be interesting to see how Waltair Veerayya performs at the box office.
