Ajay Devgn’s ‘Drishyam 2’ gets U/A certificate; CBFC passes it without any cuts | Hindi Movie News

The Ajay Devgn starrer ‘Drishyam 2’ is one the highly anticipated movies of the year. Now, as per the latest update, the film has been passed with zero cuts by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) and has received a U/A certificate.

‘Drishyam’ brings back the original cast which includes Tabu, Ajay Devgn, Ishita Dutta, and Shriya Saran.

Earlier, speaking about the character of Akshaye Khanna, the director of the film Abhishek Pathak had expressed, “In Drishyam 2, we have Tabu and Ajay Devgn confronting each other and I wanted someone of that level or even beyond that. The entire character was designed keeping this in mind, we never thought that we would write it and then think of casting.”

Drishyam 2, directed by Abhishek Pathak releases on November 18.
