Vicky Kaushal, Sara Ali Khan’s film takes June 2 release after Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan vacates the slot | Hindi Movie News

Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan will be seen together for the first time on the big screen. Their untitled project will be directed by Laxman Utekar and the title will be announced on Vicky’s birthday on May 16. Produced by Dinesh Vijan, the film will now be released on June 2.

The new release date announcement has come right after Shah Rukh Khan announced that Jawan has been shifted to release on September 7. In September 2021, it was announced that Vicky and Sara will be sharing screen space together. The story will showcase a small-town love story set in Madhya Pradesh. The team has wrapped up the shoot in January this year.
Earlier, the film was titled Zara Hatke Zara Bachke but now the team is reportedly considering the title Luka Chuppi 2.
