Sonakshi Sinha is gearing up for the release of ‘Dahaad’ where she plays a police officer. She’s on a mission to find out the killer and solve a mystery after several women are found dead. The series also stars Vijay Varma and Gulshan Deviah.
The makers held a special screening of the series this evening which was attended by the cast and crew. The film is created by Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti. Sonakshi and Vijay could be seen bonding with Zoya and Reema at the screening.

Farhan Akhtar attended the screening as well. Sonakshi’s BFF Huma Qureshi also attended the screening and looked gorgeous as always.
Sonakshi’s rumoured boyfriend Zaheer Iqbal also dropped for the screening. Among others, one could see Sobhita Dhulipalia, Varun Sharma as well.
While Sonakshi gets a chance to play a cop in this one, she reveals that during her childhood, Shatrughan Sinha used to tell everyone that his daughter would become a cop when she grows up. So, the actress finally feels that her father’s dream has come true. ‘Dahaad’ is set to begin streaming from May 12 onwards.
