A Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) officer based in Mumbai, Vishwa Vijay Singh, who was connected to the probe into Shah Rukh Khan‘s son Aryan Khan’s drugs case, has been terminated from the service. The senior officer was part of the team who raided Cordelia Cruise in Mumbai in 2021 and detained Aryan. He has been sacked from service over misconduct in connection to another case. The order of his dismissal was issued last month.
An official confirmed, “Vishwa Vijay Singh was removed from NCB’s service in another case in which he was suspended last year and an inquiry was going on against him.” Aryan Khan had to spend 22 days at Arthur Road jail before he secured bail. Later in May 2022, the star son was given a clean chit by NCB, who cited “lack of sufficient evidence”.
Aryan Khan is gearing up for his big debut behind the camera. After having called the shots for a commercial featuring his father, Aryan will now direct a web series, which is currently in pre-production stage. This project will be backed by SRK’s production house and will go on floors later this year. Aryan Khan has tied up with a leading OTT platform to stream his show.
