Vin Diesel and Jason Momoa starrer Hollywood’s action adventure film Fast X had a good opening day with a collection of over Rs 12 crore nett. The film fared well at the box office on Friday and showed a jump of almost 10%.
Fast X collected around Rs 13 crore nett on its second day, reports Box Office India. This takes the two-day total collection to Rs 25 crore nett.
The film is on its way to emerge a hit if it shows a good growth on Saturday. The film is performing better in the South as compared to Hindi circuits, the report further stated. The collections from Nizam/ Andhra circuit were around Rs 4 crore nett in two days. The collections have been good in Tamil Nadu and Mysore as well.
Apart from Vin and Momoa, the film also stars Helen Mirren, Charlize Theron, Michelle Rodriguez, John Cena, Jason Statham, Rita Moreno and Cardi B among others. Late Paul Walker’s daughter, Meadow Rain Walker, features in a cameo appearance in Fast X. In the previous installments, late Paul Walker had played the role of the undercover cop while being pitted against Vin Diesel. The two actors had since then struck up a close bond and friendship. Fast X is the tenth film in the franchise.
