Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Pathaan‘ has been a game changer for Bollywood and is the only film this year to become a blockbuster hit at the box office. Although it has been months since the release of the movie, the ‘Pathaan’ fever refuses to die down.
Now, an artist from Mohishila Colony in West Bengal’s Asansol has created a life-size wax statue of Shah Rukh’s ‘Pathaan’ avatar.

The artist, Sushant Roy made the life-size wax statue in two painstaking months, and the final piece is currently kept in his personal museum in Asansol. As the statue was unveiled to the public, hundreds of fans thronged to the venue to click selfies with the waxed version of the superstar.

Sushant reportedly revealed that he has made numerous statues of Bollywood stars in the past, with ‘Pathaan’ being his ninth masterpiece. Asansol’s mayor, Vidhan Upadhyay, inaugurated the statue. He is expecting the statue to draw more tourists to Asansol.

SRK will next be seen in Atlee‘s ‘Jawan‘ alongside Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi and Sanya Malhotra. Apart from this, he also has Rajkumar Hirani‘s ‘Dunki‘ with Taapsee Pannu.
