Phone Bhoot, starring Katrina Kaif, Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi is a horror-comedy directed by Gurmmeet Singh. The flick is the story of a ghost called Ragini (Katrina). Bored of her afterlife, she approaches two self-proclaimed and amateur ghostbusters (Siddhant and Ishaan), to strike a deal with her for a business venture. Together, they begin to help lost spirits seek salvation or moksha, leading to some hilarious situations and comedy of errors.
Earlier this week, Prime Video made the official announcement of the OTT premiere on its Insta handle, featuring lead actors Ishaan and Siddhant in a video. The post read, “Look who’s here to wish you a happy (spooky) new year. #PhoneBhootOnPrime, Jan 2.”
