Ajay Devgn starrer ‘Drishyam 2’ is enjoying a good time at the box office and seems like this glorious run is not going to end anytime soon! In its second week too, ‘Drishyam 2’ is earning big.

On Saturday, ‘Drishyam 2’ witnessed an exceptional jump of 85 percent and raked in Rs 14 crore nett. The film is giving some tough competition to Friday release ‘Bhediya’ as it continues to perform exceptionally in mass pockets. At the end of nine days, ‘Drishyam 2’ stands at a total collection of 124 crore nett, reports boxofficeindia. This upward trend suggests that ‘Drishyam 2’ will mark its entry in the 200 crore club by the end of its theatrical run. ‘Drishyam 2’ is expected to beat the box office collection of ‘Brahmastra’ and ‘Sooryavanshi’ in the coming days.

Helmed by Abhishek Pathak, ‘Drishyam 2’ features Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Akshaye Khanna, Shriya Saran and Ishita Dutta in lead roles. Speaking about the film’s success, Abhishek Pathak had told ETimes, “People are excited, so they are going to make theories on part 3 and 4. But we’re just about to close our first week now. For sure there’s a demand for part 3, and it shall happen, but we are just happy to be crossing the 100-crore number at the moment. Once we have some time off, we will think about what we’re going to do in the next part but as of now we’re just enjoying every bit of feedback that we’re getting.”
